Managing Partner Prior to founding Progression Equity, Mr. Castle was on the executive management team of
Vantage Oncology, a venture capital-funded health care services company. Prior to Vantage, Mr. Castle worked at Advent International, a Boston-based private equity firm specializing in buyouts, equity recapitalizations and growth equity investments of privately-held, middle market businesses. His extensive transaction experience also includes working in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston and providing M&A consulting services at Bain & Company. Mr. Castle received his Masters of Business Administration from The Anderson School at UCLA where he attended under a Dean's Fellowship and graduated with honors.
